HONG KONG, May 4 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 hit Sumba region, Indonesia at 0402 GMT on Saturday, the GFZ German Research Center for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 72.1 km, was initially determined to be at 9.14 degrees south latitude and 119.04 degrees east longitude. ■
