BEIJING, April 30 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 jolted 127 km east-south-east of Pangai, Tonga at 0728 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 20.35 degrees south latitude and 173.28 degrees west longitude. ■
