FUZHOU, April 17, 2024 (Xinhua) -- China, renowned for its deep-rooted tea culture, has witnessed Fujian province emerging as a powerhouse in tea production.

Currently, it's the harvesting season for various teas including Fuding White Tea, Wuyi Rock Tea and Anxi Tieguanyin Tea. This bustling period reflects the meticulous cultivation and traditional craftsmanship, rendering Fujian's teas among the finest in the world. 

Moreover, Fujian's tea industry is rapidly integrating into diverse sectors such as tourism, catering, and wellness, fostering a wave of new products and business models. This integration has given rise to innovative tea beverages, gourmet tea cuisines, and tea estates, showcasing a fusion of traditional heritage with modern trends.

Embracing the wave of "Guochao" (national trend), Fujian's tea industry stands as a testament to the enduring charm and adaptability of China's rich cultural heritage.
