NEW DELHI, April 17 (Xinhua) -- At least 10 people died in a road accident in India's western state of Gujarat on Wednesday, a local police officer told Xinhua over phone.
The road mishap occurred when the car they were travelling in rammed into a heavy vehicle parked at the road side.
The accident took place in Nadiad area on the Ahmedabad-Vadodara Expressway. The car was coming back to Ahmedabad city from Vadodara city. ■
