BEIJING, April 13 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted Fiji Islands Region at 0848 GMT on Saturday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 520.6 km, was initially determined to be at 20.30 degrees south latitude and 177.37 degrees west longitude. ■
