PANZHIHUA, April 10 (Xinhua) -- Anning River plain, which is nurtured by Anning River, is the second largest plain in Sichuan.
It provides a favorable foundation for agricultural development with its unique natural conditions such as water, soil, light and climate.

Miyi County of Panzhihua City, located along the Anning River, is one of the first counties in China to build national agricultural modernization demonstration zone.

In recent years, Miyi County has built modern agricultural parks taking advantages of modern science and technology.
A "three-level" agricultural mode, with different kinds of crops, fruits and vegetables planted in different altitudes, has been designed to improve economic effectiveness.
