LAHORE, Pakistan, April 7 (Xinhua) -- Workers were busy making traditional vermicelli noodles used for breaking fast during the holy month of Ramadan at a factory in Lahore, Pakistan.
People here love eating round bunches of fried vermicelli called pheni with hot milk and tea, which helps them avoid heavier meals during suhoor, the pre-fasting meal they eat right before sunrise.
