BEIJING, April 7 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 jolted 43 km SW of Kandrian, Papua New Guinea at 07:25:08 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 56.1 km, was initially determined to be at 6.44 degrees south latitude and 149.23 degrees east longitude. ■
