BEIJING, April 4 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 jolted 56 km SW of Puerto El Triunfo, El Salvador at 07:38:05 GMT on Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 56.1 km, was initially determined to be at 12.89 degrees north latitude and 88.89 degrees west longitude. ■
