JERUSALEM, April 1 (Xinhua) -- A drone hit a building in Israel's Red Sea resort of Eilat early Monday, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said in a statement.
No injuries have been reported, but light damage was caused to a building.
The Israeli news site Ynet reported that Iraqi militias claimed responsibility for launching the aircraft, which entered the Israeli airspace from Jordan. Israeli security sources confirmed to Ynet that the aircraft was launched from Iraq. ■
