KABUL, March 25 (Xinhua) -- During the Islamic holy month of Ramadan, Afghans devoutly attend mosques, dedicating several hours to prayer and reflection. Following the breaking of the fast, rich people provide food for those less fortunate in Mehtarlam, the capital of east Afghanistan's Laghman Province, embodying the spirit of charity and compassion ingrained in the holy month.
