CAIRO, March 19 (Xinhua) -- At least four people were killed and seven others injured on Tuesday in a fire at an addiction treatment hospital in Ismailia, a city in northeastern Egypt, according to a medical source.
Civil protection forces managed to put off the fire, and ambulances transferred the wounded to the Suez Canal University Hospital, the source told Xinhua.
An initial probe was launched to investigate the main reasons for the fire.
The source added that the wounded suffered different degrees of burns, with two of them in serious condition. ■
