BEIJING, March 17 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 jolted 209 km SE of Lorengau, Papua New Guinea at 11:10:16 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 3.37 degrees south latitude and 148.61 degrees east longitude. ■
