CHONGQING, March 17 (Xinhua) -- The Sichuan-Chongqing 1,000kV ultra-high voltage (UHV) alternative current (AC) project will include four UHV substations in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality and the neighboring Sichuan Province. Upon completion, about 35 billion kWh of electric energy will be transmitted per year.
