China, Angola upgrade ties as presidents hold talks

BEIJING, March 15 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping held talks with Angolan President Joao Lourenco in Beijing on Friday.

The two heads of state announced the elevation of bilateral ties to a comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership. ■
