BEIJING, March 14 (Xinhua) -- Action crime film "The Pig, the Snake and the Pigeon" stayed atop China's daily box office chart on Wednesday, data from the China Movie Data Information Network showed.
With a daily box office revenue of 13.80 million yuan (about 1.94 million U.S. dollars), the film's total box office reached 428 million yuan on its 13th screening day.
It was followed by the Hollywood science fiction film "Dune: Part Two," which grossed 11.17 million yuan on Wednesday.
Domestic romantic drama "I Miss You" came in third with a daily box office earning of 8.97 million yuan.
Wednesday's box office earnings totaled 45.83 million yuan. ■
