NEW YORK, March 13 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 jolted western Indian-Antarctic Ridge at 20:06:33 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 49.66 degrees south latitude and 125.93 degrees east longitude. ■
