SINGAPORE, March 13 (Xinhua) -- Singapore's Changi Airport recorded 5.35 million passenger movements in February, an increase of 104.3 percent from February 2019, the airport said on social media Wednesday.
The airport noted that the figure marks the first time for it to surpass pre-COVID-19 levels in terms of passenger traffic.
The airport saw the largest number of passenger traffic during the cited month at 203,000 on Feb. 18.
The major airport for Singapore handled 58.9 million passenger movements in 2023, representing 86 percent of the traffic volume in 2019, showed the airport's data. ■
