SHENZHEN, March 8 (Xinhua) -- Chen Shuxian is a technical director of the wireless software test group of Shenzhen SED Wireless Communication Technology Co., Ltd. Her office is filled with small brick-like handhelds, which are mainly used for wireless communication in rail traffic. "I feel a sense of fulfillment every time I see the conductors of high-speed trains using the handhelds," Chen said.
After joining the company in 2008, Chen participated in the research and development and testing of many domestic and foreign products, and was responsible for the formulation of software test schemes, as well as the writing and execution of test cases.
The development and testing of high-speed rail communication equipment often requires to be done near the field track. Chen led the team to complete the tasks successfully despite harsh natural environment and high intensity of electromagnetic radiation.
In 2023, Chen was elected a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress (NPC). She brought suggestions on strengthening the establishment of laws, regulations and institutional mechanisms for the development and utilization of data resources to the second session of the 14th NPC. Chen also hopes to further strengthen the training of highly skilled talents in support of the industry.
