BEIJING, March 5 (Xinhua) -- President Xi Jinping on Tuesday stressed developing new quality productive forces according to local conditions during the second session of the 14th National People's Congress, China's national legislature.
Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks when he participated in a deliberation with fellow lawmakers from east China's Jiangsu Province. ■
