KUALA LUMPUR, Feb. 13 (Xinhua) -- Malaysia, the world's second largest palm oil producer, saw its palm oil stock fall 11.83 percent month on month to 2.02 million tonnes in January, official data showed Tuesday.
Crude palm oil production dropped by 9.59 percent month on month in January to 1.4 million tonnes, Malaysian Palm Oil Board data showed.
Meanwhile, palm oil exports slipped 0.85 percent month on month to 1.35 million tonnes.
Palm oil imports, on the other hand, plunged 26.38 percent month on month to 29,484 tonnes in January. ■
