TEHRAN, Jan. 27 (Xinhua) -- Unidentified gunmen have killed nine foreign nationals in southeastern Iran near the Pakistani border, the Iranian Mehr news agency reported on Saturday.
No individuals or groups have claimed responsibility for the shootings. ■
