Along the shores of the Bohai Sea in Jinzhou, northeast China's Liaoning Province, a unique ice-sailing encounter is unfolding amid the bone-chilling cold of January.
At the 2024 International Ice Yacht Circuit Jinzhou Open, 53 athletes from 10 countries, including China, the United States, Britain, Russia and Switzerland, compete on the frozen sea.
This is the first time that China has organized an international DN regatta, and is also the highest level of ice sailing in the country.
