JAKARTA, Jan. 19 (Xinhua) -- Local villagers are harvesting durians at a government-owned forest in West Java province, Indonesia.

They cultivate durians and mangoes in the forest garden, where they are permitted to plant trees but not to cut down any.

According to a villager, over 300 pieces of the current harvest have been collected in less than a week, and the selling price of durian fruits depends on their size, ranging from 15,000 rupiah (0.96 U.S. dollars) to 100,000 rupiah (6.4 dollars).
