LONDON, Jan. 13 (Xinhua) -- World No. 1 Ronnie O'Sullivan reached the final at the Snooker Masters for the 14th time after beating Shaun Murphy 6-2 on Saturday.
The 48-year-old, O'Sullivan, has won the most prestigious invitational event seven times, but hasn't lifted the title since 2017.
The Rocket was not in his best form but was still good enough to see off 2015 champion Murphy with four breaks above 50.
O'Sullivan will face Ali Carter, who knocked out Mark Allen 6-3 in the other semifinal. ■
