CHANGSHA, Jan. 14 (Xinhua) -- Nanxian County in central China's Hunan Province has been exploring winter-time crayfish farming technologies in recent years. In this off-season of crayfish production, farmers here try to use deep-water farming and other measures to make crayfish endure lower temprature and grow fast. By doing so, they earn two times more than during the busy season.
