BOGOR, Indonesia, Jan. 14 (Xinhua) -- Skilled workers at a traditional workshop in Bogor, Indonesia's West Java are making smoked catfish slices. They place fish slices on a grill, arrange them carefully, and expose them to smoke from firewood, thus preserving and adding flavor to the final products.
This traditional workshop produces up to 500 kilograms of smoked catfish slices daily for domestic consumption as well as export to Malaysia and Nigeria.
