BOGOTA -- At least 18 people were killed and dozens injured on Friday in a powerful landslide in northwestern Colombia, local media reported.

KIGALI -- Rwandan authorities have assured Burundians living in the country that it will not adopt retaliatory measures after Burundi closed its border with Rwanda.
