BEIJING, Jan. 3 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted 95 km NNW of San Antonio de los Cobres, Argentina at 2257 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 196.9 km, was initially determined to be at 23.40 degrees south latitude and 66.61 degrees west longitude. ■
