JINZHAI, Dec. 19 (Xinhua) -- Huangfan Village is situated deep in the Dabie Mountains. Due to the recent rainfall and snowfall, some power transmission lines crossing Dabie Mountains experienced icing.
To ensure safety operation, power supply technicians Wan Shankun, who was born in the 1980s, and Jin Chongjun, who was born in the 1990s, conducted daily inspections of power transmission lines and removed chunks of ice on the lines at an ice observation station in Huangfan Village.
