HONG KONG, Dec. 7 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.3 jolted 125 km S of Isangel, Vanuatu at 12:56:30 GMT on Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 35.2 km, was initially determined to be at 20.67 degrees south latitude and 169.21 degrees east longitude. ■
