HANOI, Nov. 24 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam's animal feed and raw material import values reached 4.27 billion U.S. dollars in the first 10 months of this year, Vietnam News Agency reported Friday, citing the Vietnam Customs.
The figure marked a year-on-year decrease of 5.2 percent, the report said.
In October, import values reached 451.5 million dollars, up 7.5 percent month-on-month and 12.6 percent year-on-year.
Animal feed and raw materials from Argentina to Vietnam accounted for 28.2 percent of the total market shares, followed by Brazil (19.1 percent) and the United States (14.1 percent).
Vietnam imported nearly 10 million tons of animal feed and raw materials worth 5.4 billion dollars in 2022, according to the Vietnam Customs. ■
