RIZAL PROVINCE, Philippines, Nov. 23 (Xinhua) -- The annual Higantes (giants) Festival, a month-long artistic and cultural festival, is held in the town of Angono, Rizal Province, the Philippines.
The higantes or giant puppets, symbolize the townspeople's dream to become great or "big" in their respective fields and contribute to the growth of their hometown.
