KABUL, Nov. 21 (Xinhua) -- Afghan caretaker government's cabinet meeting was held Monday in south Afghanistan's Kandahar province, with its supreme leader Hibatullah Akhundzada on the chair, local television TOLOnews reported Tuesday.
"Local sources in Kandahar have confirmed to TOLOnews that the cabinet meeting headed by Mawlawi Hibatullah Akhundzada, the leader of the Islamic Emirate, has been continuing in the province since yesterday (Monday)," TOLOnews reported without revealing the names of the sources.
"All the ministers and heads of the independent bodies attended the cabinet meeting," the private media outlet added in the report. ■
