ISLAMABAD, Nov. 18 (Xinhua) -- Five people, including three children and a woman, were killed in a road accident in Pakistan's northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Saturday, according to the police.
The accident occurred in Lakki Marwat district, where a pickup collided with a motorbike on the main highway, the district police said in a statement.
The deceased individuals were members of the same family, and their bodies have been handed over to relatives after identification.
The pickup driver, who was transporting poultry in the district, sustained injuries in the accident and was taken to a nearby hospital, the police said. ■
