BEIJING, Nov. 10 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 jolted Samoa Islands Region at 0645 GMT on Friday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 30.2 km, was initially determined to be at 15.94 degrees south latitude and 172.03 degrees west longitude. ■
