BEIJING, Nov. 9 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 jolted Samoa Islands Region at 0052 GMT on Thursday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 25.7 km, was initially determined to be at 15.74 degrees south latitude and 172.90 degrees west longitude. ■
