BEIJING, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) -- Approximately 279,000 newly recruited Chinese civil servants at various levels attended career training sessions for the year 2023 and pledged allegiance to the Constitution.
The sessions were jointly organized by the Organization Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and the Party School of the CPC Central Committee (National Academy of Governance) between Oct. 30 and Nov. 3.
These sessions were conducted in over 3,000 classrooms at both central and local levels, delivered through a combination of video courses and seminars.
The curriculums, which included the application of the Party's innovative theories, political training, improvement of conduct and integrity, and the protection of confidential information, were designed to guide the civil servants to become highly skilled professionals capable of fulfilling the expectations of the Party and the people. ■
