LOS ANGELES, Nov. 1 (Xinhua) -- NASA astronauts Jasmin Moghbeli and Loral O'Hara conducted a spacewalk Wednesday to conduct science research and station maintenance.
The two astronauts started their spacewalk at 8:05 a.m. Wednesday Eastern Time. The walk was scheduled to last approximately six-and-a-half hours.
The duo were tasked to remove radio communications gear and swap hardware that enables the orbiting lab's solar arrays to track the sun, according to NASA. ■
