BEIJING, Oct. 25 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping held talks with Colombian President Gustavo Francisco Petro Urrego, who is on a state visit to China, in Beijing on Wednesday.
The two heads of state announced the elevation of bilateral relations to a strategic partnership. ■
