SANAA, Sept. 29 (Xinhua) -- The Dar al-Hajar, or "Rock Palace," a historic castle north of Sanaa, Yemen's capital, is the place to go for many Yemenis during holidays.
Constructed in the 1920s, the castle is a five-story royal palace in Wadi Dhar, about 15 km from Sanaa.
Seen from the ground, the palace appears to grow out of the rocks and has a distinctive painting on its windows and edges.
