The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) facilitates the orderly flow of production factors, enables efficient allocation of resources and leads to a higher degree of market integration, said Zhang Wei, a professor of law in China University of Political Science and Law.
He made the remarks at the symposium themed "Joint Building of the Belt & Road and Progress of Global Human Rights Cause" in Geneva on Tuesday.
