SINGAPORE, Sept. 11 (Xinhua) -- The 21st Forbes Global CEO Conference officially opened on Monday in Singapore, gathering some 450 prominent business leaders from around the world.
Themed "Sea Change", this year's conference will examine the undergoing economic transformation and gather insights from leading CEOs, thought leaders, entrepreneurs and investors as they are chart new courses to ride the waves of sea change.
Among the highlights of the conference are one-on-one dialogue sessions with Heng Swee Keat, Singapore's deputy prime minister and coordinating minister for economic policies, and Sri Mulyani Indrawati, Indonesia's finance minister.
Throughout the two-day conference, 55 speakers will gather from around the world to share insights on global economy, technology, innovation, artificial intelligence and investment opportunities in sectors such as finance and venture capital, real estate, travel and tourism.
Panels will also discuss best strategies for leadership, entrepreneurship, family business, philanthropy, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and sustainability. ■
