ISLAMABAD, Sept. 4 (Xinhua) -- Three personnel of Pakistan Navy were killed in a helicopter crash in Pakistan's southwestern Balochistan province on Monday, the navy said in a statement.
The helicopter was on its routine training sortie when it apparently met a technical fault and crashed in Gwadar district, the statement added.
All the three people onboard were killed, including two officers and a soldier, the statement added.
An investigation has been launched into the incident, the statement said.
Pakistani caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar expressed sorrow over the incident and extended condolences to the bereaved families. ■
