BRUSSELS, Aug. 29 (Xinhua) -- A Belgian expert has said that China-EU cooperation has great potential despite talks of "decoupling" from or "de-risking" economic links with China.
He points out that China's market still maintains an allure for European businesses due to its vast potential and size, adding that the EU and China will see more cooperation in fields such as the green economy.
