LA PAZ, Aug. 7 (Xinhua) -- Six people were killed and as many as 20 injured after a passenger bus overturned in the early hours of Monday morning in southern Bolivia, said official sources.
"A bus that was traveling from the city of Sucre, in the Bolivian department of Chuquisaca, to La Paz sped into a curve, which caused the accident," said Colonel Jose Luis Assaf, the department's head of transit.
Most of the injured were transferred to Potosi, the capital city of the department of Potosi, for treatment. ■
