CHENGDU, Aug. 4 (Xinhua) -- Peng Mingyang of Chinese Taipei clocked 48.62 seconds for his personal best to win the men's 400m hurdles at the World University Games here on Friday.
Ismail Nezir of Turkey and China's Xie Zhiyu took the silver and bronze medal respectively. ■
