NEW DELHI, July 29 (Xinhua) -- Jointly held by the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) and Hyundai Motor India, the 16th India Couture Week is held from July 25 to Aug. 2 at Taj Palace Hotel in the Indian capital.
In Gaurav Gupta's latest collection, models in masterfully draped and sculpted luxurious fabrics, embellished by delicate embroideries, sauntered down the runway and interpreted the five elements in Vedas - Earth, Fire, Water, Space and Air - paying homage to Indian tradition with modern design.
