Huawei Technologies Canada (HTC) has been actively supporting Canadian university research for the past decade. But the Canadian Security Intelligence Service recently put intense pressure on universities to cut ties with HTC and other Chinese research entities.
A report by Policy Options Politiques Magazine said that "actions are too simplistic and distort reality."
