CAIRO, July 14 (Xinhua) -- Heat waves are scorching the Middle East in recent weeks, with temperatures rising up to over 40 degrees Celsius across the region.
The locals have swarmed into pools and the sea to cool themselves. In Israel, zookeepers even start to prepare frozen food for animals to help them get through the hard time.
